Hello, I am Fabian Jaeckert.
In our SEO, GEO, and LLMO consulting, I am responsible for all strategic topics and technical aspects. I analyze Google rankings, AI results, develop keyword and prompt strategies, review technical website requirements, and develop data analysis software within AIs.
I first got into search engine optimization in 2004. At that time, I was still a student working for one of Germany’s first SEO agencies. After graduating, I became self-employed as an online marketing consultant specializing in SEO and SEA. In 2015, I partnered with Benjamin because it was clear to me: for effective search engine optimization, technology and content must work hand in hand. Since the launch of ChatGPT, I have been intensively focusing on visibility in AI systems, also known as GEO or LLMO.
I also share my knowledge at lectures and conferences – in addition to our Academy, our podcast, and on LinkedIn.
My Professional Roots
My professional roots lie in programming. As a student, I worked for one of Germany’s first search engine optimizers, where I learned web development, database programming, and technical SEO. After graduating, I became self-employed as an SEO consultant and certified Google Ads Partner. Since then, I have supported hundreds of companies, from medium-sized businesses to established brands, in their online growth.
The technocratic view of content by SEOs has always bothered me. It was always clear to me that Google would one day be able to assess content quality, but I had no idea what good content actually was. So I approached my university friend Benjamin, who had also become self-employed as an editor with an online focus. It quickly became clear how powerful the combination of tech and content expertise is in SEO. In 2015, we founded our company, and in 2017, the podcast went live.
My Approach to Consulting
SEO and GEO are complex topics. I see it as my task to develop feasible solutions and to explain how I arrived at them. In my opinion, there are no stupid questions. The level of knowledge among the teams and colleagues we work with is too diverse for that. It is important that, in the end, it is clear what needs to be done and why.
SEO is not an end in itself – we are hired to help companies progress and grow. What matters to me is implementability and results. I believe it is important to measure and communicate successes. This ensures that modern online marketing can be firmly established within the company and perceived as a success factor.
