Every day, we work with AI visibility tools. We test the tools, work with them, and use them in consulting and in our Academy. And time and again, we have encountered structural limitations.
That’s why we developed our own GEO Analysis Tool. It’s called J.O.E. – and to give you a heads-up: It works differently from all other tools we see on the market. We describe exactly what we do differently and how our GEO Tool is structured in this podcast episode. The summary, as always, is in this article.
Would you like to work with it too? Then get access to our GEO Academy. All Academy members can also use J.O.E. (3 analyses with 25 prompts each per month). J.O.E. is pronounced like the English first name Joe. It is an abbreviation for “Jaeckert O’Daniel Engine.”

More InformationAI Monitoring Tools: These Limitations Bothered Us
There are already over 100 AI monitoring tools. Most are structured very similarly. You create a brand and can then monitor a certain number of prompts. Three things bothered us about this:
In-depth AI Visibility: What distinguishes J.O.E.
In-depth Market Analysis
With J.O.E., the focus is not on a single brand – but on the entire market. We make all brands and all products mentioned in the prompt set visible and filterable. This creates a structured, open market overview instead of selective brand monitoring. You can see who is truly visible – and specifically analyze every competitor.
Brand mentions and sources form the basis of every AI visibility analysis. However, they only show a snapshot of reality. Therefore, we also systematically evaluate all products that are specifically mentioned in the respective prompt set. The “Product Mention” becomes an independent KPI for us. Because in the end, it’s not just about which brand appears – but whether and which specific products are actually recommended by the AI.
We have also centrally compiled the sources and the fan-out queries – i.e., the search queries that ChatGPT triggers. This provides a basis for analysis.
In-depth Data Basis for ChatGPT
It is important to us that we have a valid data basis for ChatGPT. That’s why we perform three direct ChatGPT queries per prompt and combine these three queries. We want to map the best possible ChatGPT results in our tool that users themselves also see. The goal is to reflect the reality of usage.
J.O.E. is transparent. You can see at the analysis and prompt level how high the valid data share is (green dot in the prompt overview). This way, you know on what data basis you derive strategies and measures – and where caution is advised.
One-time Analyses instead of Daily Queries
All AI monitoring tools known to us rely on continuous prompt tracking. J.O.E. starts differently: with a one-time, in-depth GEO analysis. You can comprehensively analyze your current AI visibility and thus have a reliable basis for decisions. After that, it’s about implementing concrete measures. If you have implemented measures, you can specifically repeat the analysis – and developments become comparable.
Foregoing permanent monitoring creates more freedom. Instead of being tied to a fixed prompt set, you can flexibly set up new GEO analyses – for example, for individual business areas, specific product lines, or brand perception issues. Daily monitoring also quickly becomes an end in itself. No one manages to implement something within days. Analysis + Measure + Success Evaluation: That is our approach.

We Advise Marketing Managers on SEO & GEO
For anyone seeking an SEO sparring partner or comprehensive SEO consulting, Fabian and Benjamin are the perfect choice. As an in-house SEO expert, I sought competent SEO support and found it with them. During a very pleasant introductory meeting, we jointly developed an approach to establish SEO among the individual stakeholders and thereby gain more internal visibility for the subject. Based on this initial discussion and a joint kick-off with the stakeholders, they developed a sound SEO and content strategy for a product area. Since then, they have both supported me as sparring partners during implementation.
The collaboration with Fabian and Benjamin is a great pleasure for me and all project participants, as they are masters of their craft and bring immense passion for SEO. This combination is infectious and motivates everyone to achieve peak performance.
I look back with great satisfaction on the SEO project that we carried out with Benjamin and Fabian. Firstly, the collaboration was on a very pleasant, goal-oriented level. Secondly, the consultation was structured in such a way that we could immediately start with the implementation. We received very concrete optimization suggestions that were tailored to our internal capacities and therefore realistically implementable. Even though only a few months have passed, we can already see the first results of our work in the Google rankings. Traffic for our relevant keywords is steadily increasing, and we still have enough concrete work packages from Benjamin in the pipeline to boost our site. Furthermore, through the consultation, we have acquired so much internal SEO know-how that we can now optimize our site independently. And most importantly: Visitor numbers have doubled – with correspondingly positive effects on sales.
